Many remote patient monitoring (RPM) vendors in today’s market meet the basic requirements for billing meet the basic requirements to bill for RPM. However, what truly sets RPM vendors apart is the clinical effectiveness of their solutions. Our customers are increasingly seeking “evidence-based, condition-specific clinical pathways.” TruCare’s RPM product goes beyond merely collecting vitals and generating revenue; it aims to drive better healthcare outcomes by providing greater clinical depth and enhancing patient engagement.

  • Personalized and Targeted Patient Engagement: Users can enhance patient monitoring plans to achieve more personalized and focused engagement, boosting patient retention and driving better outcomes. 
  • Expanded RPM Use Cases and Care Settings: Users can now monitor maternal health and implement comprehensive solutions for care transitions. 
  • Categorized Monitoring Plans: Users can label each monitoring plan into one of three categories in the Admin Portal Monitoring Plan Builder: Chronic Condition, Transitional Care, or Maternal Health, making it easier to tailor care to specific patient needs. 
  • Key Date Association for Timely Care: Users can associate a Key Date with each monitoring plan, facilitating timely and relevant care. Key Date options include Enrollment Date, Surgery Date, and Due Date. 
  • Timely Patient Enrollment: Users can enter any necessary date(s) for the selected monitoring plan(s), ensuring that each patient receives the right engagement at the right time. 
  • Specific & Recurring Task Scheduling: Users can schedule one time and targeted engagement for patients enrolled in an RPM monitoring plan, promoting well-timed and impactful interactions. 
  • Educational Content Assignment: Users can assign educational content to patients as part of their monitoring plan, supporting patient education and empowerment. 
  • Next Task Suggestion for Improved Adherence: Users can take advantage of the patient app feature that suggests the next task immediately after a patient completes the current one, enhancing adherence and improving overall care.

Mr. Govil began his association with Zyter in 2017 as its Chief Executive Officer, a position he held for over six years, leading the company through groundbreaking advancements in digital health. Kevin came to Salesforce from Vlocity (a Salesforce acquisition) where he led both the Health and Government businesses.

Natalie Schibell, MPH

VP of Product Marketing

Natalie is the VP of Marketing Strategy, Intelligence, and Insights at Zyter|TruCare. She leads market intelligence initiatives and guides strategic decisions across all departments. With a keen focus on data-driven insights, she orchestrates the collection, analysis, and dissemination of market data to propel Zyter|TruCare to the forefront of the digital health industry.

Natalie also directs the company’s DOD Skillbridge Program, leveraging her expertise to mentor transitioning service members in their professional development journey.  

Prior to this role, Natalie was the VP, Research Director for Healthcare at Forrester, overseeing the vertical’s research agenda planning, content production, and client engagement. She also served as a VP, Principal Analyst at Forrester, assisting healthcare and life sciences organizations in leveraging technology to drive quality healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes. Her research and analysis have been globally cited in publications such as the WSJ, WSJ Pro-Venture Capital, Forbes, NBC News, USA Today, The Business Journals, Business Insider, Fierce Healthcare, Healthcare IT News, STAT News, LeMagIt, VentureBeat, Axios, Healthline, Modern Healthcare, and many others.

Prior to his role at Zyter|TruCare, he served as the Vice President of Operations and Insights for Healthcare and LifeSciences (HLS) and Finance at Salesforce. During his tenure, he made significant contributions as the company’s Sector GM for Payers/Delivery Systems, with a keen focus on provider network management.  

Before joining Salesforce, Brian excelled at OneCall, the nation’s leading ancillary provider in Workers’ Compensation, where he held various executive leadership roles for seven years, most notably as the Senior Vice President of Provider Relations. Throughout his almost two-decade-long career, Brian has cultivated a diverse background in the healthcare space, encompassing management roles in retail health, corporate wellness, post-acute care and rehab, health insurance, and workers’ compensation.
