Frank LaSota is Chief Technology Officer at Zyter|TruCare, where he leads technology strategy, product development, engineering, and AI innovation for a secure, extensible, AI-first platform that orchestrates outcomes across population health, care and utilization management, virtual care, and value-based programs. He brings over 20 years of executive experience across commercial and public sector healthcare, having served as CTO of Evolent and CIO of Anthem’s federal health IT subsidiary, National Government Services. Frank has deep expertise in modernization, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and interoperability. At Evolent, he led the development of the IDENTIFI Health Plan suite. At Anthem, he launched CMS’s first Fraud Prevention System and oversaw IT operations supporting over 223 million Medicare claims. He holds an MS from Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science and a BS from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business
