Why this role
Shape the next generation of AI-enabled healthcare and enterprise experiences. You’ll turn complex UM/CM workflows and Symphony orchestration into elegant, human-centered designs spanning product UI, demo-ready prototypes, and marketing/web touchpoints that make Zyter’s value obvious to clinicians, operators, and executives.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end product UX: Lead discovery, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for AI/data-rich interfaces; run design workshops to translate user needs into intuitive flows.
- Demo prototype design: Build believable, clickable prototypes for live demos; partner with FDEs and Clinical/Technical Solution Managers to reflect real configurations and guardrails.
- Workflow & UI modeling: Convert current-state → target-state journeys into clear diagrams and screens that show where AI/orchestration acts and where humans stay in the loop.
- Design system: Create and maintain a consistent system (colors, components, typography, motion), reusable slide masters, and asset libraries aligned to brand and product.
- Web & campaign surfaces: Design responsive web/microsites, case-study pages, and visual assets that support launches and thought leadership.
- Usability & iteration: Plan and conduct usability tests; synthesize insights into actionable improvements for product and web; iterate quickly with cross-functional feedback.
- Storytelling with data: Visualize outcomes (e.g., TAT, first-pass decisions, cost/quality impact) with executive-grade information design.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work tightly with Product Marketing, Product, FDE/Pre-Sales, and Engineering to keep designs feasible, consistent, and on-message.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of UI/UX experience for enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, or healthcare tech; portfolio required (product UI + prototype + executive-facing visuals).
- Strong in Figma (components/variants, prototyping); solid information architecture and interaction design; ability to run discovery/workshops.
- Experience building or contributing to design systems and component libraries; polish with motion/transition design is a plus.
- Comfort designing AI/data-dense workflows where usability and information density must coexist; able to depict human-in-the-loop and guardrails.
- Familiarity with front-end ecosystems (React, Tailwind or similar) and collaborating closely with engineers/FDEs.
- Excellent communication and storytelling; ties design choices to user and business outcomes; documents, patterns and decisions.
- Nice to have: Healthcare familiarity (UM/CM/PHM), accessibility basics (WCAG), and experience crafting demo assets for pre-sales/GTM
