Position Summary
Zyter|TruCare is seeking a skilled and motivated UI Lead to guide the front-end development of enterprise healthcare applications. In this role, you will lead the implementation of scalable, performant, and maintainable user interfaces using Angular and Micro Frontend architecture. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive UI best practices, ensure code quality, and troubleshoot complex issues across the full development lifecycle. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a technically strong and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- UI Architecture & Development: Lead the design and development of responsive, dynamic front-end solutions using Angular 2+ and Micro Frontend architecture.
- Code Quality & Performance: Enforce coding standards and best practices to maintain high levels of code quality and performance. Perform code reviews and performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
- Full-Stack Collaboration: Collaborate with backend developers working in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and REST APIs to integrate front-end components seamlessly.
- Technical Debugging & Troubleshooting: Resolve complex UI and techno-functional issues through hands-on debugging and problem-solving.
- Tooling & CI/CD Integration: Utilize tools such as GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and JIRA to manage codebases, automate builds, and support continuous delivery pipelines.
- Agile Development: Participate actively in Agile (SCRUM) ceremonies and deliver incremental product features in a collaborative team environment.
- Database Integration: Work with SQL databases to support UI-driven data interaction and validation.
- Team Leadership & Communication: Provide technical guidance to front-end team members. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment of UI features with business requirements.
Required Experience and Skills
Proficiency with Angular 2+ and front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
Experience building Micro Frontend architectures.
Hands-on experience with code versioning and DevOps tools (GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Bitbucket, JIRA).
Exposure to backend technologies such as Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST API, and Tomcat.
Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across the UI stack.
Experience maintaining UI code quality and performing performance tuning.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.
Familiarity with accessibility and responsive design standards.
Understanding of enterprise-grade security practices in UI development.
