Position Summary
Zyter|TruCare is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Software Engineer to join our Engineering team in Bangalore. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in Jenkins, Python, and PowerShell scripting, along with a solid understanding of automation workflows, cloud platforms, and system operations.
As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and managing Jenkins pipelines, developing automation scripts, and supporting multi-platform environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into our CI/CD processes and support system reliability. Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and both Linux and Windows operating systems will enable you to effectively contribute to infrastructure and deployment improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Jenkins freestyle projects.
- Hands-on experience with performing Jenkins and plugins upgrades.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and PowerShell to streamline automation tasks and system operations.
- Familiarity with Bash scripting will be considered an added advantage.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate automation solutions into the deployment pipeline.
- Basic Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS services (S3, EC2, EFS).
- Basic Containerization Skills: Understanding Kubernetes components and use-cases.
- Maintain and manage version control repositories using Git and SVN.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and support across multi-platform systems.
- Operating Systems: Experience working with Linux and Windows environments.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills.
