Position Summary

Zyter|TruCare is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Software Engineer to join our Engineering team in Bangalore. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in Jenkins, Python, and PowerShell scripting, along with a solid understanding of automation workflows, cloud platforms, and system operations.

As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and managing Jenkins pipelines, developing automation scripts, and supporting multi-platform environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into our CI/CD processes and support system reliability. Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and both Linux and Windows operating systems will enable you to effectively contribute to infrastructure and deployment improvements. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about automation, scripting, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage Jenkins freestyle projects.
  • Hands-on experience with performing Jenkins and plugins upgrades.
  • Develop automation scripts using Python and PowerShell to streamline automation tasks and system operations.
  • Familiarity with Bash scripting will be considered an added advantage.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate automation solutions into the deployment pipeline.
  • Basic Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS services (S3, EC2, EFS).
  • Basic Containerization Skills: Understanding Kubernetes components and use-cases.
  • Maintain and manage version control repositories using Git and SVN.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and support across multi-platform systems.
  • Operating Systems: Experience working with Linux and Windows environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills.
