Position Summary
Zyter|TruCare’s Sales and Proposal Hub partners with our Strategy & Transformation team to craft winning proposals, RFP responses, and early-stage deal materials. Reporting to the Hub Manager, the Senior Associate provides day-to-day coordination, research, and content development that keeps bids on track and compliant. This is role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional eager to grow in proposal management while learning about the industry / AI landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trackers, flagging gaps and coordinating clarifications with subject-matter experts.
- Conduct rapid research on clients, competitors, and market trends to inform value propositions and differentiators.
- Compile initial cost models and rate cards in Excel, validating inputs with finance and delivery teams.
- Draft and format proposal sections (executive summaries, solution descriptions, compliance forms) in alignment with win themes and brand standards.
- Run daily version-control and deadline checks, ensuring contributors meet schedule and documents follow naming conventions.
- Curate the proposal asset library—templates, boilerplates, case studies, graphics—and drive continuous updates.
- Prepare slide decks and graphics that translate complex ideas into clear visuals for internal reviews and client presentations.
- Capture lessons learned during post-submission retrospectives and update Hub playbooks and checklists.
- Track pipeline metrics (volume, cycle time, win rate) and support bid/no-bid summaries with quick-turn data pulls.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years’ experience in proposal coordination, pre-sales support, business analysis, or consulting
- Working knowledge of the end-to-end RFP lifecycle (compliance, storyboarding, submission portals).
- Ability to synthesize technical inputs into concise, persuasive copy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization; proven track record juggling multiple deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA nice to have
- Nice to have: Healthcare payer/provider domain exposure.
