Position Summary
Zyter is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation and coordination of a government-sponsored utilization management initiative. This role manages all aspects of the partnership between Zyter’s UM technology platform and a contracted UM delegate performing clinical review services, with a strong focus on technical integration, product enablement, and AI-supported workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage planning, execution, and delivery across Zyter and the UM delegate organization.
- Coordinate technical integration, data exchange, and workflow alignment between platforms.
- Support the design and implementation of AI-enabled clinical review and decision support tools.
- Oversee timelines, deliverables, and compliance milestones under CMS and other government requirements.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure technology and process readiness.
- Track project KPIs, prepare executive reports, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Serve as the main liaison between Zyter leadership, the delegate, and external partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare technology.
- Strong background in UM systems, clinical workflows, and AI/automation applications.
- Experience managing software integrations or API-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with CMS and government program compliance.
- Excellent communication, organization, and vendor management skills.
