Position Summary
Zyter|TruCare is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Manager – Transformation Consultant to join our growing Transformation team. This individual will be instrumental in developing and driving enterprise-level transformation strategies for leading healthcare payers. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define high-impact initiatives, develop compelling business cases, and lead change across payer functions such as utilization management, provider services, and digital operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop compelling business cases and transformation visions tailored to healthcare payer organizations.
Identify high-impact levers for operational efficiency and cost reduction, helping define areas for strategic investment.
Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across core payer functions including utilization management, care coordination, provider services, and digital enablement.
Own the creation of executive-facing presentations, strategic memos, and decision-making documents to drive alignment and action at all levels.
Translate ambiguous or broad goals into structured project plans with clear milestones and accountability.
Collaborate across product, operations, analytics, and technology teams to ensure alignment with enterprise transformation priorities.
Conduct financial modeling and quantitative analysis to support opportunity sizing, ROI justification, and KPI development.
Bring deep industry knowledge to guide conversations, considering regulatory and operational realities within payer environments.
Mentor and coach junior team members, while remaining hands-on to ensure timely and effective execution.
