Why this role

As Manager, Product Marketing, you’ll turn AI, data, and workflow orchestration into clear, differentiated narratives that win mindshare and deals. You’ll align positioning to the roadmap, convert client outcomes into proof, and equip the field with value-based stories shaping analyst and partner perception and accelerating commercialization across payer, provider, and government ecosystems (with optional extensions to adjacent industries where relevant).

Key Responsibilities

  • Own positioning & messaging: Codify the category, value pillars, and proof points for Symphony; keep narratives crisp, consistent, and differentiated.
  • Build GTM strategy: Translate capabilities into outcome-led motions (personas, use cases, offers) with clear ICPs, win themes, and competitive angles.
  • Launch & campaign leadership: Drive launches for platform and AI features; orchestrate content across web, decks, one-pagers, webinars/videos, and events.
  • Sales/Pre-Sales enablement: Deliver executive storytelling frameworks, talk tracks, demo storylines, objection handling, and ROI/TCO assets.
  • Customer evidence & case studies: Convert implementations into measurable stories (before/after KPIs, timelines, quotes) and maintain a current reference library.
  • Market & competitor intelligence: Own competitive/segment analysis to inform positioning, pricing, and segmentation; feed insights to Product and Growth.
  • Partner with Product & Transformation: Align narratives to roadmap reality and deployment patterns; ensure “what we say” matches “what we ship.”
  • Brand & executive comms: Collaborate with leadership on thought leadership and strategic events; support investor/client communications as needed.
  • Measurement & iteration: Define KPIs (pipeline influence, win-rate lift, content adoption, analyst/partner movement, adoption/engagement/conversion); run continuous A/B learning loops

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years in product marketing / GTM for enterprise SaaS, AI, or platform products; track record owning positioning for complex suites and leading launches that moved pipeline or win rate.
  • Proven ability to simplify technical topics (AI, data platforms, workflow automation, interoperability) for executive buyers; confident presenter and writer.
  • Strong partner to Product, Engineering, Sales/Pre-Sales, and Transformation—keeps messaging grounded in delivery reality and measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on builder of GTM toolkits (decks, demo storylines, ROI/TCO frameworks) and campaign content (web, webinars, videos, thought leadership).
  • Market/competitor analysis experience informing positioning, segmentation, and pricing; comfort instrumenting PMM impact (adoption, engagement, conversion).
  • Healthcare familiarity (payers/providers, UM/CM/PHM, interoperability) is a plus; experience with analyst relations programs preferred.
  • Bonus familiarity with AI orchestration/LLM platforms
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; hands-on creator who can also set strategy and scale playbooks.
