Position Summary
Zyter TruCare’s Value Realization team translates strategy into measurable outcomes. Reporting to the VP, Strategy & Transformation, the Program Manager orchestrates complex transformation and efficiency initiatives—guiding cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring every commitment lands on time and on budget. You will serve as the anchor aligning programs to business objectives and delivering tangible value at each milestone.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end program lifecycle—from charter and roadmap to rollout and post-implementation review—aligning scope, budget, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Drive stakeholder engagement with payer/provider/government healthcare executives, product leads, clinicians, and technology partners; establish governance cadences, steering committees, and transparent communication channels.
- Translate transformation goals into executable project plans, defining milestones, dependencies, and critical path tasks, proactively surface risks, issues, and mitigation options.
- Measure value realization by defining KPIs, capturing baseline metrics, and tracking financial/operational benefits against the business case.
- Coordinate internal and external resources (consultants, vendor teams, offshore hubs) to ensure seamless delivery and knowledge transfer.
- Create executive-ready dashboards, status reports, and decision packs that synthesize progress, ROI, and roadblocks for senior leadership.
- Champion continuous improvement, conducting retrospectives and incorporating lessons learned into playbooks and templates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or portfolio management experience in management consulting, healthcare payer/provider transformation, or enterprise PMO roles.
- Demonstrated success leading efficiency or digital-transformation programs with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations (e.g., utilization management, care coordination, revenue cycle) and associated regulatory landscape.
- Executive-level communication and influencing skills, comfortable presenting to C-suite and steering committees.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data-visualization tools for storytelling and KPI reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, or related advanced degree preferred.
- Nice to have: experience with large-scale technology implementations, value-based care initiatives, or prior Big 4/MBB consulting background.
