Sruthi Madhavan is Vice President of Strategy and Transformation at Zyter|TruCare, where she leads enterprise-wide initiatives to modernize payer operations, scale digital capabilities, and deliver measurable business outcomes. She partners closely with C-suite executives to reimagine care models, optimize core workflows, and enable AI-powered transformation at scale. Before joining Zyter|TruCare, Sruthi was a Director at Strategy& (PwC), advising national and regional health plans on growth strategy, M&A integration, and operational redesign. She holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from PSG College of Technology.
