Position Summary
As a member of the UX/UI Design team at Zyter Inc., you will join a team that is passionate and driven towards transforming the healthcare experiences of millions of patients and the healthcare professionals that provide value-based healthcare services.
The UX/UI Designer Role reports to the UX/UI Leader or the VP of Product. It is responsible for building and owning digital experiences for high-profile digital products delivered through web & mobile platforms and industry-leading virtual digital tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Product UX Designer for a defined set of features and product SKUs.
- Perform user experience research to formulate product concepts, storyboarding, wireframes, prototypes, interface design, and content presentation.
- Lead product journey and process mapping and development for all product experiences.
- Be a critical voice in designing the vision of user experiences and be responsible for creating intuitive customer-centric user interfaces.
- Facilitate the design for all user interactions, elements, and decisions that add value to the overall user experience across diverse digital tools (web/ mobile/ tablets).
- Serve as a role model in preaching best design practices with a keen eye for detail and a deep passion for design experiences.
- Present proposals and own the decisions about typography and color palettes, designing logos and individual UI elements such as buttons, icons, and forms.
- Develop and maintain a UI style guide to ensure design consistency.
Deliverables

Product
Own the following functions:
- Own the User Research reports for all job performers (UXResearch).
- Own the user journey maps along with the Product managers (JMaps).
- Build high-fidelity, pixel-perfect mock-ups (MOCKs).
- Be the owner of usability testing and own the user testing reports (UXTest).
- Design and own pattern libraries and style guides documentation (DESIGN)
- Own the UX vision and best practices to build a user-empathetic design (UX)
- Assist the Product Management Team in these functions:
- Drive the user experience in partnership with the product managers (UX).
- Present design mocks to meet the needs of the user personas (MOCKs).
- Present usability reports to meet the needs of the user personas (UXTest).
- Build and assist the product managers with the best User Interface workflows (UX).
Assist the Product Engineering Team in these functions:
- Participate actively during the product development phase and present the wireframes and prototypes built-in support of the requirements (BUILD).
- Review the UI and provide approvals if the developed product meets the proposed product design (BUILD).
Assist the Product Marketing Team in these functions:
- Partner with Product managers and assist with queries or discussions about the user interface and experience (RELEASE).
Strategy
Assist the Strategy Team in these functions:
- Partner with the Strategy Team and assist with queries or discussions about the user interface and experience.
Sales
Assist the Sales Team in these functions:
- Create prototypes based on direction from the product managers to assist the sales team present concepts back to clients (MOCKs).
- Partner with Sales Team and assist with any queries or discussions about the user interface and experience.
Operations
Assist the Operations Team in these functions:
- Review and set OKRs by partnering with the Operations organization (V2MOM).
Success
Assist the Success Teams in these functions:
- Partner with Success Teams and assist with any queries or discussions about the user interface and experience.
