About Us
Zyter|TruCare is a population health platform that brings together technology, agentic AI, and clinician-led services into one cohesive ecosystem. We help payers and providers run Utilization, Case, and Disease Management on a single platform and then layer AI to orchestrate work, reduce manual effort, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Our products serve over 56M+ members and patients across 50+ clients, powering the operating systems for payer and provider operations. We combine a digital platform, AI orchestration, and clinical services into a unified equation that simplifies work, improves decisions, and scales outcomes across the care continuum.
Position Summary
Symphony is seeking a seasoned product executive to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of its Clinical and Population Health Management (PHM) product portfolio. This role is mission-critical in shaping AI-native orchestration, agent-driven workflows, and clinical intelligence capabilities that support payer and provider operations at scale. You will define platform vision and success metrics while aligning architecture, AI capabilities, and interoperability standards with evolving market and customer needs.
As VP, Product – Clinical & PHM, you will lead cross-functional squads spanning Product, Engineering, AI, UX, and Field Delivery to deliver scalable, modular solutions that move cleanly from pilot to enterprise deployment. You will serve as the connective tissue between field implementations, platform teams, and go-to-market partners, ensuring strong product governance, reusable components, and compelling market narratives, while balancing near-term clinical outcomes with a durable, long-term platform and ecosystem strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own strategy and roadmap: Define Symphony’s product strategy, prioritized roadmaps, and success metrics; align platform architecture, AI capabilities, and market needs.
- Translate vision to execution: Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable, modular orchestration layers and SDKs that enable rapid client deployment.
- Lead cross-functional squads: Orchestrate AI, UX, Engineering, and FDE pods to prioritize features, streamline releases, and manage interdependencies.
- Shape AI-native experiences: Evolve agent orchestration, workflow automation, model management, and policy/guardrail logic for clinical and operational users.
- Pilot → scale: Maintain a transparent backlog; enable clean pilot→scale handoffs with Delivery and GTM; close the loop with learnings and telemetry.
- Product governance: Ensure versioning, documentation, performance/SLOs, and customer feedback loops are in place and auditable.
- Market connection: Partner with Marketing/Sales to position Symphony in the AI enterprise ecosystem; support narratives and demos grounded in delivered capability.
- Field-to-product loop: Collaborate with Transformation and FDEs to convert implementation patterns into reusable components and marketplace agents.
- Sensing & Innovation: Track emerging trends in AI orchestration, LLMOps, interoperability, and platform patterns to keep Symphony ahead.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years building or scaling AI, SaaS, or platform products with multi-stakeholder roadmaps.
- Proven experience defining and launching AI-driven or data-intensive platforms (orchestration, workflow automation, analytics/ML systems) at scale.
- Strong technical fluency (architecture, APIs, agentic AI design); able to engage deeply with engineers and data scientists and translate to business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional squads and balance near-term client priorities with long-term platform vision; excellent storytelling and executive presence.
- Healthcare familiarity (payer/provider ops, UM/CM/PHM) and interoperability (FHIR/HL7) a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering or related field preferred; MBA a plus.
- Prefer candidates with platform experience at Palantir, Salesforce (Health Cloud), ServiceNow, Innovaccer, Google Health, C3.ai, or similar AI-enabled product teams.
Why join Zyter|TruCare?
- Transforming healthcare: We are redesigning workflows and adding an agentic AI layer into UM, CM, and PA so payers and providers move faster with fewer handoffs, clear accountability, and better member and provider experiences. This is system-level change, not feature tweaks.
- Outcomes over features: We measure throughput and cost to serve. Improving metrics like cycle time, first-pass decisions, denial rework, time to create care plans, and adoption.
- Market validation with room to build: We have 50+ customers across payer and provider settings with over 56M+ lives on our platform. Recognized in industry evaluations, for example, recently ranked #1 among care management platforms by Everest Group.
- Build something great, end to end: Turn operating model designs into real life solutions. Map the current processes and workflows, define the areas of potential efficiency, orchestrate agents, and launch governed workflows that scale resulting in high ownership and visible impact.
- Career-defining intersection: Work at the intersection of strategy, operations, product, and AI. Partner with executive leadership team, clinicians, and other internal teams.
