Implement AppExchange and other non-native platforms to extend base Salesforce functionality
Understanding client business process and potential constraints (budget, timeline, expertise, etc.) to define optimal and reasonable project scope and expectations
Work with delivery team to develop and validate estimates to support Change Orders
Process design (flow mapping & scenario design) & document complex business workflows and requirements
Maintain certifications and continually explore solution capabilities of the Salesforce ecosystem
Effectively manage one or more clients and/or projects across varying industries.

Provide deep Salesforce, enterprise architecture, and related ecosystem
5+ years of hands on technical expertise with Salesforce required; Salesforce Health Cloud
Multiple Salesforce Org large projects and/or implementations including release and environment management
Experience working in Salesforce health cloud
Health Cloud experience is must
AppExchange is must
Minimum 10 years business and business technology experience
Complex enterprise technology implementation experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
