Job Description

Digital health innovator Zyter is seeking a Digital Health Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team based at our Rockville, MD office. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the company’s sales efforts with prospective and current customers. This is an important customer-facing position with a high amount of client interaction.


  • Meet with potential clients to gauge the viability of working relationships
  • Make regular contact with existing clients
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client’s requirements
  • Identify product offerings that meet client requirements and propose potential solutions
  • Facilitate cross-sell and upselling opportunities
  • Swiftly address any clients’ concerns and issues

Background & Experience

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and qualities:

  • Degree in business, marketing, communication, information systems, biology, or a similar discipline
  • Prior experience as a relationship executive, ideally in a similar technology-based organization
  • Familiarity with CRM software and procedures
  • Good knowledge of effective sales and negotiation tactics
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
