Founder & CEO
Sanjay Govil is a prominent entrepreneur and visionary leader with a track record of founding and building successful businesses across the globe. In 2017, Govil founded Zyter and currently serves as its CEO.
In 2001, he founded Infinite Computer Solutions with US$1,000 of his own money. Without any venture capital funding, Govil guided Infinite through its initial public offering on the Bombay Stock Exchange in 2010 where it achieved a commitment for US$1.8 billion on its first day of trading. This far surpassed the expected US$50 million target, making it one of the most successful IPOs of the year. Under his strategic leadership, Infinite has grown into a leading technology solutions and services company with more than 10,000 employees globally with almost half in U.S. The company was taken private in late 2019 after generating a quadruple return for its shareholders. Govil currently serves as Infinite’s chairman of the board.
Over the years, Govil has been recognized internationally as a business leader and entrepreneur. Most recently, he was named the Gold winner for “Entrepreneur of the Year 2019” in the business services category at the 11th annual Golden Bridge Awards®. In 2015, he received the TiE Legends award, the “Distinguished Engineer” award by his alma mater Auburn University and in 2002, Govil won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He has also been featured in numerous publications around the world including Forbes and CIO Magazine.
Govil earned his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Auburn University. He then completed graduate studies at Syracuse University and the Wharton School of Business.
Philip Fasano is an experienced technology and healthcare leader. Before joining Zyter, he was an executive vice president and chief information officer at American International Group (AIG) and he previously served as executive vice president and chief information officer at Kaiser Permanente. Fasano has also held IT leadership roles at Capital One Financial, JP Morgan Chase, and Deutsche Financial Services, among others.
In 2017, Fasano was inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame, a special career recognition bestowed by CIO Magazine, the executive-level tech media brand providing insight into business technology leadership, as a CIO whose outstanding work has shown both creative vision and practical leadership in information technology. While Fasano served as an executive vice president and chief information officer at Kaiser Permanente, he was also honored as Health Information Technology Man of the Year as part of Healthcare IT News’ second annual Health IT Men and Women Awards. He is the author of Transforming Health Care: The Financial Impact of Technology, Electronic Tools and Data Mining. Fasano served on the Board of Trustees at the New York Institute of Technology.

Michael E. Donner
Chief Marketing Officer
Most recently, he was the chief marketing and digital officer for SocialSurvey, a customer experience/engagement online reputation management platform where he launched their marketing and inside sales infrastructure and program.
Over the last few years, Donner ran a consulting agency, Competitive Marketing Advantage and served as Interim, chief marketing officer on 6-12 month exclusive, on-site engagements with: Ingram Micro (Cloud), MDLIVE (Telehealth), GlobalOnePay (FinTech), BeMyDD (ridesharing) and Conversica (AI). Prior to this, Donner served as chief marketing officer of Prolexic Technologies (acquired by Akamai); VP, Global Head of Demand Generation for Capgemini; and Chief Marketing Officer for Eclipsys Corporation (now Allscripts).
Donner has a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing, management and international business from Babson College in Wellesley, Mass.
Chief Technology Officer
Previously, Pai worked with leading global technology companies and system integrators including Microsoft, Satyam Computers and NIIT where he managed several successful enterprise consulting engagements including defining the enterprise architecture for the federal agency of a large Asian country, developing and deploying large retail eCommerce portals, as well as outcome-based solutions for large healthcare organizations.
Pai holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications.
Vice President, Product
Derek Atkinson is an accomplished healthcare product leader specializing in provider-driven product execution. Over the last 20 years, he has worked across various industries, supporting the full product lifecycle from strategic vision to delivery. Prior to joining Zyter, he led the development and operation of the national telehealth platform for Kaiser Permanente, helping guide it from inception to supporting care delivery operations for millions of patient interactions per year. Previously, Atkinson helped establish the health information exchange for the State of Colorado and served as a management consultant working with state public health organizations.
Atkinson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and information systems as well as a Master of Business Administration in healthcare management from the University of Colorado.
