Position Summary

Zyter|TruCare is seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Lead Java Full Stack Developer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using Java and Angular frameworks. This leadership role demands deep technical expertise across the full stack—from backend services to frontend interfaces—with a focus on cloud-native development, containerization, and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions within an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development: Design and develop scalable applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Angular 2+ frameworks. Implement RESTful web services and microservices in a distributed architecture.

Cloud Migration & SaaS Architecture: Lead modernization and migration of enterprise applications to the cloud (AWS), utilizing Docker, Helm, Kubernetes (AWS EKS), and SaaS multi-tenancy patterns.

Front-End Engineering: Develop rich, responsive UI components using Angular 2+, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Implement Micro Frontend architecture where applicable.

DevOps & CI/CD Integration: Leverage tools such as Maven, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and container orchestration platforms to automate build and deployment processes.

Database & Data Management: Develop complex SQL queries and optimize database interactions with PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and NoSQL solutions like MongoDB.

Code Quality & Debugging: Perform in-depth code reviews, ensure adherence to design patterns and development best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with effective debugging and root cause analysis.

Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide architectural guidance, and drive continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

Collaboration & Agile Execution: Work within Agile (SCRUM) teams to deliver features iteratively. Communicate effectively across stakeholders, teams, and management to align on goals and technical decisions.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Extensive experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JDBC, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.

  • Hands-on expertise in Angular 2+ and Micro Frontend development.

  • Strong experience with cloud migrations and cloud-native development (preferably AWS).

  • Proficient in Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments (AWS EKS preferred).

  • Experience with frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

  • Solid understanding of database concepts, with experience in PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB.

  • Proficiency with development and DevOps tools: Maven, IntelliJ, Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins.

  • Familiarity with design patterns, Swagger, Postman, and REST API design principles.

  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare domain applications.

  • Knowledge of SaaS architecture and multi-tenancy frameworks.

  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

  • Understanding of SDLC best practices, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
